Refund Policy

We want you to use TradeWin only if it genuinely helps your trading. This policy explains when you can get your money back and how to request it.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and decide it is not for you, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund the full amount — no interrogation, no hoops.

2. After the first 7 days

  • Monthly plans are non-refundable for the remainder of that billing month, but you can cancel any time and you will not be charged again.
  • Annual plans can be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused full months, less any discount you received.

3. What is not refundable

  • Trading losses of any kind — refunds cover the subscription fee only, not your trades.
  • Add-on services already delivered (for example, a one-off AI analysis report).
  • Accounts terminated for breaking our Terms of Service.

4. How to request a refund

Email billing@mytradewin.com from the address on your TradeWin account. Include your order number or the date of the charge. We aim to reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel any time from Account → Billing. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current period.

6. Chargebacks

Please talk to us before opening a chargeback with your bank — almost every billing issue can be resolved faster by email. Disputed accounts may be suspended until the dispute is closed.
