Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information TradeWin collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain English on purpose.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, country.
- Billing data: processed by our payment provider — we never see full card numbers.
- Usage data: pages visited, signals viewed, device and browser, IP address.
- Support data: messages you send us through chat, email, or tickets.
2. How we use it
- To deliver signals, copy trading, and AI analysis you signed up for.
- To send important account, billing, and service notifications.
- To improve product quality, detect abuse, and keep the platform secure.
- To send marketing emails — only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe any time.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers that help us run the service (hosting, payments, email, analytics), and only with the access they need. We may also disclose data if legally required.
4. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting reasons. You can request deletion at any time.
5. Your rights
- Access a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your account and associated personal data.
- Object to or restrict certain uses of your data.
